ok i tried all the mkv tools and the programs ive goten alota these bluray rips dun and playen fine on my ps3 but i just got blood diamond and the mkv has aflac audio i guess well heres what media info said about the file Format : AVC

If you're trying to place this in a m2ts container then your problem is indeed the audio. You are going to need to convert it. I've never had a flac file in a mkv. Have you tried the PS3 compatible video creation thread. It is listed under the ultimate sticky thread at the top. There are people in that thread that I'm sure can help you.

Edit: Do you have tsmuxer? Do you have eac3to and eac3toGUI? If you have these or you can download them then I can help you. These programs can be found on this site.
