Invalid DVD files in folder after compression is done.

Working with part II of Ben Hur, ripping with decriptor, and or Squeeze, I smashed the resulting files using DVD2ONE, also tried Shrink. Both cases,tried to play back compressed files via WinDVD, get message(THIS FOLDER DOES NO CONTAIN VALID DVD FILES). The previous play-back try using the uncompressed files from the original ripp play back fine. Burn test results in a DVD that won't play on insertion. End up with basic folder on the screen which has to be opened and then the first file in the listing selected to start play back. Somethings different after compression. HELP!
