Sometimes when I add songs to my psp they come with pictures of the album or band next to the title of the song. Is there a way I can have a picture on each folder i have. for example. my folder with all my iron maiden or metallica songs in it will have a pic of an iron maiden album?

you need itune or wmp and then add a picture of the album where it says to for example on itunes you need to clip(or play) the song and then in the bottom left should be a area where to put the picture. then copy the song to the psp and the album cover should be there.
