Hi,

You will have to contact your network provider for the code...There is nothing we can do.

Press # From The (Insert Sim) Screen
Enter codes WITHOUT spaces.
Press * 3 times fast for (p)
Press * 4 times fast for (w)
Press * 2 times fast for (+)
Verify code before pressing the last #

There are some sites that provide a master code program that you can use to get the security code. I used it to on my 6230 and it worked fine

Security Master Codes do not work on BB5 models...Hence my response.
