the 1st psp, i formatted the MS & it got brick, there were other files on there instead of the usual psp files. my 2nd psp, try to follow the Universal Unbricker Guide to unbricked the 1st psp, but when i get to this screen here:
- Press X to install 3.71M33.
- Press O to install original 3.71 (rest of the process as the X option)
- Press [] to dump nand to nand-dump.bin. When done, psp will auto shutdown.
- Press L+R+HOME+start to restore nand from nand-dump.bin
option 1 & 2, it said "formatting flash0" and just sits there forever...prior to that it installs the firmware fine but when it restart, it keeps taking me to that "universal unbricker setup" screen and wont boot up the XMB according to the guide...
i mess around with the 3rd & 4th option and it just hangs...i dont know if the batteries are dead but it only turns on with the AC power adapter...
any input or similiar experiences would be appreciated

when you do this Press X to install 3.71M33 it should work with no problems
