When I click on the game, it loads and givesme this error code (80020321). What is there I can do? I have firmware 3.71m33.

80020321 - Ran a game that doesn't support NO-UMD* (DAX FW ONLY!)

basically, yuou need to either put a UMD in your drive to play the game, or better still go into recovery (hold R at bootup) and change the no-UMD mode to either sony or m33
