AVI to Mpeg and Results No Sound.........

Using Boilsoft AVI to VCD/SVCD/DVD, I converted my first video and it worked, The picture was clearer and larger and the sound was very good.
After trying a second and third and even a fourth video, everything was great, except no sound.
All the video's use the same DivX codec.
I don't understand why the first one was ok and the rest have a problem with sound.
Any one have a clue of what this problem may be?
