I am Buying a Brand New Slim and I use a Mac. What are my options to downgrade this and then get the latest custom firmware on it?

I have been out of the loop since I last had a Phat PSP and just need a boost on where to look. I did download some dumped memory stick images from the BAY that I guess were pre-made using a PC. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

nothing is created for the mac, so you'll have to bootcamp xp.

I will also be hard modding my battery myself... since the Slims from what I hear block you from writing the Pandora code to the battery itself. I think I might just wire a switch in...

Am I on the right track?

yep, everything is right.

if you want to save the hassle, buy the datel TOOL battery. you can only flash batteries if you already have custom firmware.
