Nerocmd.exe on XP Server - Access Denied Error

I'm trying to use NeroCmd on XP server to burn files that are on an external hard drive and I'm getting an access denied error. Any suggestions why? I'm able to burn them with GUI and access it through explorer. I've attached the log:
