My computer has a AMD 64 core processor,a Lite DVD burner, and Vista. Well DVDFab doesn't like it or Vista doesn't like DVDFab I don't know which one. Burning a DVD will work once and after that it won't. Vista tells me that the program has stop working and I can continue to wait or shut it off. Well, I contacted DVDfab and they told me to uninstall and reinstall, did it, not working. PLEASE HELP ME

You're up bro. You can handle this better than I can. I'll sit back and watch the weather roll in.

Okay, uninstall DvdFab completely. Meaning uninstall, remove all folders if any are left over. Run a registry cleaner, like Ccleaner. Then reboot and reinstall.

Well it was good while it lasted. It has now stop working. I thought perhaps it was my fault because I was trying to go on the internet while it was burning and so I stop with the internet and started it again no go. I am starting to think that DVDfab hates me :( Am I not suppose to do other stuff while it is running?

Sorry I forgot to mention that when I put the movie in the computer starts to hum like its going to start the process but then it stalls out and freezes my computer for couple of minutes or so and then stop working all together. What did I do wrong?

It is recommended you don't multitask while you burn. It's less of an issue for dual and quad core processors...but i still don't recommend it.

Almost sounds like it's overheating. Blow all the dust out of the fan area and make sure the fan is operating.

Or it could be a problem with your drive. How old is your setup

Is this with a particular movie, or just in general?

My cousin just built the computer about a month ago (all parts are from newegg.com - I don't know if that helps but just want to let you know) and from now on I will not try to multi task...I promise! When it hums like that its like its trying to do it but can't so it gives up. So when I do shut everything off it still won't recognize that there is a DVD in the DVD drive. So I open it up and put it back in - nothing. I have also tried to reboot my computer too and still nothing. I don't think its the dust but I will try to do that. Ok will let you know how it goes.

Can you post some specifics about your burner?

If you can post a log that would be most helpful in trying to establish and correct your problem.

Well 7thsinger was right once again :) As long as I don't do anything else or have anything else running the program is fine. The only error that comes (which is from vista) saying that DVDfab has stop running and I could continue to wait or I can quit. I am not sure where to get the log that you requested but if you can tell me I will post it for future reference.
