most back ups freezing on black screen

I moved to China recently and brought my wii over with me. Unfortunately I wasn't able to bring most of my games as I had to bring more necessary items. In turn I have downloaded most of the games I legally bought/own.

But for some reason, a lot of games I have burned recently won't load. They show up in the channel menu and when I click them to play I get the black screen. All my old games and back ups of those load fine though.

One of them loaded past the black screen, past the warning screen but then stopped at the next screen(the 'licensed by Nintendo' screen). Although that may have just been a bad burn.

So far I have tried to burn a load of discs with only 1 working(SSBB). I have downloaded different torrents for the same titles and have burned them in different ways:

with regionfrii/without regiionfrii
using brick blocker/not using it
burning at 1x and 2x but no higher.

It's driving me nuts.

I am on currently 3.2j. I used Verbatim DVD-R disc and only wrote at 1x and 2x speeds.

Try 4X speed using IMGBurn.

Burning to slow can cause issues as well.

Can burning too slow really cause problems? Ha Ha I didn't know that. All the guides and tutorials always say to burn slow to avoid misreads and stuff.

As far as I remember I have a D2CKey mod chip. I wouldnn't know where to get any files to make a back up of the jap games I have. I have Wario ware and Wii sports in japanese but didn't bring them with me and wouldn't know where to get backups of jap games. Any ideas?

i burn my game in IMGBurn 5-6X 100% pass test in 3.1U wii. (GQ band DVD-R very cheap price buy from fry;s)

japan game ? buy from other seller, or try brower from friend,
