Hi all! just been making some GTA vcs mods for cheatsync and my best one is currently a crackhouse filled with money, drugs and guns. if you want to download it follow this link. mods

well ... there are bunch of apps out there. U can use the cheatdevice to make one or get the GTA img extractor ... etc. It takes quite a while ...

via hex when i different hex code it run i a game it can have different effects so it can be used to cheat.
for example if you wanted more momeny you would run with the game a code that has loads of money this would then change the amount on your game
there not like normal cheats where you just press different buttons and you get more health..... as they are mainly put in to test the game but they do work in the same kinda way
though with hex made cheats you can do nearly anthing to the game that you couldnt normaly do. for example in gta vcs you could use the ingame cheat to add more health but you could hex a cheat that would allow invicability so you would never die
that how i think it works should be about right

u can either press view select (lol joking) or go paste the code from this in your topcheats.txt
Vice City Stories
First Person View in Car by Dark_ZaK Add To:
Puts the view point IN Vics head! parts of the face like eyes and nose can block camera and view is better in different cars. if the camera moves out of the car press L to reset it. doesnt work with motobikes
