Hello all, first post here and having some trouble, all help is appreciated.
So this is what I am doing right now.
I have a PSP slim with 3.90 m33-3 on it and i am attempting to use snes9xTYLO.4.2mecm on it to play a rom. I have placed the emulator in the game150 folder and it boots just fine, but when i go to play a game (i have stored them on the the same level as the music, picture, iso folders are) the eumlator cant seem to find them. Is this an error in the way im doing it or an error with the emulator or prehaps with the roms? If more info is needed please just ask. Im a noob so please if you need some info you may need to tell me how to get it. Thanks again!
I was trying gemfire, megaman X 1 , EVO, and secret of mana.
I was placing them in the roms folder which is in the file of the emulator you told me to try (with the chick in the background). The games say they are "file" type, i dont know how to get you more info than that but they do work with emulator - snes9x-1.42-win32 which is what the torrent included with it for a emulator to play on a pc.
The PSP version does not even see the files in the roms folder at all... kinda confusing.
Does it make a difference that i have psp iso's on the same memory card?
EDIT:
I just tossed in a new 1 gig card and dropped on like 700 random roms to see if that would detect anything and not one would play, i think its has to do with the roms being specifically designed for the other emu maybe. Im getting another batch as we speak and will update later tonight if its here
