Could you help me resolve this issue.
I have not used the device for some time(it did work) and now when I run WinDVD Creator or Nero the device is not recognised.
I have uninstalled and re-installed, tried newer driver but no result. Un-insatlled all USD device as well.
When I open nero Vision I get the following error:
The same happens in WINDVD Creator(comes with the device).
However, the device is recognised when I plug in ( a sequence of two USB recognition tones, a short pause, then one more tone).
The device is present in the device manager.

I have XP SP3 installed.
