i tampered with my settings and now EVERY time i go on psx it takes me to a loading screen witch never loads

I'm just kidding, you probably modified your psx.ini file or maybe deleted one of the files, so instead of trying to fix it just replace it.

I've uploaded the emulator for you. Backup your roms first then replace your pcsxbox folder with this one. Throw your roms in psxcds and you're good to go.
