chameleon question

I installed my chameleon 1.3 by soldering the pinheader. I also did the D0 and the A15. Powered the xbox and got the cromwell bios. popped in the cd-rw the the newest executor2 bios .4981 or .4982??. The xbox powered off. I powered it back on and saw the new load screen with new color. I played around a bit powering the xbox on and off a few times. on the last reboot it started booting from the M$ Bios. I checked all the connections and they look fine. Did I disable the chameleon somehow. If I did how do I reenable it. I tried the hold down the power button for 3 sec trick and it did not work. Any Ideas, I would hate to have to resoder everything again. Do I need to soder the P+E also?
