I just saw a video of someone playing the PC Engine game Castlevania Dracula X: Rondo of Blood (which is currently only available via the Japanese VC) on their US Wii. How do you do something like that?

If you use the twilight hack or homebrew channel, you can install wad files (VC games). Look it up.
