Problem only after using imgburn?

I can play my Blu-Ray dvd great from my drive, I can even back them up with anydvd to my harddrive & still play the M2ts files. but after i use imgburn to create a .iso & play it back , the video/audio stutter.

I use tsmuxer to select the vid/audio tracks & demux the file (this data still plays fine except for lack of audio, which is expected from the hd track correct?)

then create an iso image with imgburn & mount it with Daemon tools.
I'm using paid for powerdvd8 to play the files back.

I've never used tsmuxer, or imgburn in ht epast, is there something that imight be missing?

I've read many post, but never ran across this problem.
