For those who don't know, MS planned on steering away from repairing and reusing motherboards at the repair center. Now repairs will get a new board for the non HDMI consoles, and it uses the new 65nm cpu, not the 90nm like the non HDMI consoles had. And it looks like the new boards are starting to show up.
