A few days ago, I got my first Pandora's Battery. I set everything up, and within hours I had 4.01 m33-2 with the 1.50 Kernal Add-on. Then I installed TimeMachine. And that was mistake number one. Then, I figured that I could update the 1.50 firmware that TimeMachine made useable. I'm pretty sure that was mistake number two. I used my GTA: LCS UMD to try to upgrade the 1.50 to a 2.00. It got to 99%, and then stopped. With no way out of it, I just popped the battery out. That was where it began. I turned it back on, and the Green Power LED came on, but no backlight, no flashing Memory Stick lights, nothing. I figured that this was an avarage brick. I went out and bought a card reader, since I erased the Magic Mem. Stick files when I was first done with them. I used PSP Grader v005, and tried both the TimeMachine IPL, and the Boosters Multi IPL, only the Boosters Multi IPL worked, and now it stopped working. And somehow in the process, I managed to completely screw up my brand new 2GB Sony High Speed Memory Stick Pro Duo, now whenever I put it in the reader, it says "Needs formatted", but when it finishes, it says "Could not complete format". Anyways, I pretty much screwed up in every way possible. Is there anything that could work now? I only have 2 memory sticks, a 64MB, and a 32MB Memory Stick. I need a Magic Memory Stick creator that can fix a super brick.
Something similar to this happened to me, and I had to go to a friends house and make a MMS there. After I used the pandoras battery on my PSP with the MMS everything magically worked again and I could reformat my memory stick(I used his MMS).
No, I can't go into recovery mode. Anyways, one good thing is that I fixed my 2GB memory stick. I think I may have messed it up for good, so I'm gonna see how much Sony charges for out-of-warranty service.

It should recover your PSP to 3.71 M33-2 if you do it properly.
Funny how you'd mention that, I'm using it right now :). This'll be my last resort, since I've tried every other Magic Memory Stick maker out there.
