I don't think so, from my understanding it will have
1) better collision detection
2) better penalty judgement
3) GTTV
4) multiple downloads for GTTV (up to 8) & improved download speeds overall
5) improvements to interface
6) 6 additional background audio tracks
7) some other misc stuff
The BIG update coming in the fall (GT5P Spec III) is the one where there should be
1) Trophy support
2) Additional track(s)
3) Additional vehicles
4) In game hdd music
5) Hopefully private server/matches with ability to kick/ban
6) Mic support
7) REALISTIC crash damage not just a messed up bumper/fender etc
8) Other additional stuff
While I am looking forward to tomorrows update I REALLY can't wait for Spec III. If what I posted is included in the fall update I have no problem waiting for however long until the full GT5 releases.

Hopefully for the Spec III they will add at least a Supra (I don't see why not).

After about 20 races and just about a 90% 1st place ratio I can say that this incremental update is pretty huge in the upgrades it has within it! The tires are MUCH more responsive/correct in their handling, collision detection upgrades work FAR better than before as well as penalty judgments....it is really coming together! Can't wait for Spec III!

http://www.ferraricalifornia.com/web...m?locale=en_GB
from what i can see there are 2 new tracks, nurburgring and sarth (le mans)
also the california is being officially unvieled at the paris auto show in october, and the tokyo game show is also in october. coincidence?
