i encounter the same problem today, but this software was working a few weeks ago. so i started to rething what changes i did to my pc.
and i found the solution:
i used to keep my DVD-RW drive (it is an LG) as a SLAVE on my PRIMARY IDE. and also a CD-ROM drive (an ASUS) as a MASTER on the same PRIMARY IDE. but a few days ago i switched to SECONDARY IDE and put DVD-RW drive as MASTER and CD-ROM drive as SLAVE. and now a got this error in burrrn. so i changed back to my old configuration. DVD-RW drive as SLAVE. i think it's no importance if it is on PRIMARY or SECONDARY IDE.
burrrn is perfect for burning large music files (mp3, flac) that have CUE files, so you can skip tracks in cd player.
