I just wanted to ask, how do I create the slow*motion in NeroVision 4 easily? f that isn't possible, can you tell me some other software that will make it really easily to do?

I don't think Nero can do this..
With AVI files and VirtualDub, it's simple enough - if the whole clip is to be converted.
The sound has to be slowed down too - unless it can be dispensed with, or a new audio source is to be added
It becomes more complicated if the plan is to have a clip start normally, switch to slow motion for a period, then revert to normal.
Oh... So it would be easy with VirtualDub? But how? It's OK, I want the whole video that last for few seconds... It doesn't matter if I have to slow the whole video, my dad will cut it with Nero and will have it like only one part. Load/drag the AVI file into VirtualDub.
Click 'File' => 'File Information' - note the video FPS and the audio sampling rate.
Typical values are 25fps for video and 44,100 or 48,000 for audio.
Click 'Video' => 'Direct Stream Copy' => 'Frame Rate'
Under 'Source rate adjustment' => 'Change frame rate to (fps)' insert a value that is half the source rate (in this case 25÷2=12.5).
In 'Frame rate conversion', check the radio button for 'Convert to fps' and insert the original value (in this case 25).
Click 'OK' to get back to the main screen.
Click 'Audio' => 'Full processing mode' => 'Use advanced filtering' => 'Filters'.
Add the following filters, in order.
'Input' 'Stretch' 'Ratty pitch shift' 'Output' then 'Close'
In the audio filter chain box, double click on 'Stretch' and change the value to '2'.
Double click on 'Ratty..' and change the value to '2'.
Click 'Test' to listen to the slowed down sound then 'OK' back to the main screen.
Click 'Audio' 'Compression' 'Lame mp3' and from the choices offered, choose either 44,100 or 48,000 128 CBR Stereo then 'OK'.
Click 'File' => 'Save file as avi' and give it a new name.
