Help!! - Pictures take memory in my sd card but does not show up in computer

Hi all, just wondering if anyone knows how to solve this problem:

I went on a trip, took a few pictures (there were pictures I took before already in the memory card). And when I came back, I can only see the pictures I took before the trip in my computer folder.

The pictures were viewable on the Camera's Finder but now after I inserted it into my computer, I couldn't view the pictures at all.

I know the pictures are still there because a chunk of memory in my sd card is taken (not the ones by the old pictures)

Any idea how i can make the pictures show up? I tried to browse the invisible folders and scan the sd card but nothing solved the problem.

The only thing I can think of is make sure you didn't save the new pics to the camera. If they are on the card I don't understand why they wouln'd show up if you have differant pics from the same camera that are showing up. Good luck.

question which type of camera..

And are you using sdhc or sd card.
