Do not buy from them. And if you have then you have gotten scammed like me. MODCHIPOUTLET.COM says the ship what you bought from them but they really don?t they will not respond to emails or calls so don?t try. Let?s take these scammers down. If you have bought something from them and didn?t ever get what you order, then there are 2 things you can do
1. File a complaint agents them at WWW.WISCONSIN.BBB.ORG
if you do file at WWW.WISCONSIN.BBB.ORG be sure to remember in these 2 other case numbers so they start to see what true scammers they are
BBB CASE#: 44051099, BBB CASE# 44036470
2. The 2ed thing you can do is file them for mail fraud yes they are doing mail fraud by saying that they ship using usps.com

I had the same problem. I paid extra for priority shipping then received it first class mail a week later with no tracting. Tried to contact customer support with no response. Contacted tech support for jumper setting help with again no reponse.
