okay so i got my xbox 360 back from repair center in Microsoft. they changed my samsung drive to lite on drive. i have been doing alot of research on lite on drive and it says that they cant be hacked at the current moment. will it ever be hacked in the near future. some say that benq drive use different chip. can someone tell me when can it be flashed? any progress lately?

Honestly nobody can give you a straight answer about the Lite-On drives.It might be hacked and then again it might not,but who knows there might be a possible way.It uses a different chip on the dvd drive mobo,which is completely different then the Benq drives.From my understanding the chip has to be studied before jumping to a conclusion.It could take months to figure out or a year,but nobody really knows the answer.The best thing to do is wait like everybody else.

i dont really know if my dvd-drive is lite on or benq. can u show me a pictures of them so i will know which one is which? is there a way to recognize it without taking apart my xbox 360?
