Okay you know how it has all thos fbi warning and stuff when you first start up the dvd...
well i was wondering.. is there a um.. way.. where you can put your own one page advertisement on the screen before the dvd starts? like for example.. when you start the dvd.. it shows a white screen and says "www.rahstyles.com riped it" <-- somthing like that??? cuz i know if you use this one dvd ripper program . i forgot what its called.. but it has there own logo that pops up before the movie starts... Maybe .. like if i put what i want to say in a text file then. insert it into the dvd files.. will that work?? and how?

I have done what you're asking, but not for a while as it didn't always work and you don't get errors at any point, but the finished disk didn't always play on a standalone DVD player (the 1 conncted to your TV).
What I did was to create a graphic with my text on and replace a trailer - say an FBI warning. The outcome will be that your still image/graphic will remeain on screen for the same length of time as the original trailer length by default.
The way to replace the trailer is to load the movie in to DVDShrink and highlight the trailer you want to replace, then look in the right-hand pane - there is a dropdown menu with Automatic / Still Image /Custom ratio etc. Choose 'Still image' and navigate to your graphic with the 'Browse' button and finally Back Up as normal. You could replace all trailers this way...

The RIAA people will love it to. Just put your name, address, SSN and phone numbers on all your burned dvds. But be sure ALL of them are locked up somewhere lest someone give a copy to the wrong person. Jesh! LMAO

It's a trivial thing to accomplish in DVD Shrink. Simply find the offending title and set the compression of that title 'Still Image'.

You can also use PgcEdit to Import First-Play (startup) Clip.
It would have to be a DVD compliant file that's already made like an animated clip or a still image that can be created with MuxMan.

I won't argue that we had a little fun at your expense but there is definitely some wisdom to be taken from what has been said here. Unless you like to pat yourself on the back while watching your movies when your website banner pops up, then you are obviously giving them away. So you are pretty much handing out your " Do not pass go, go straight to jail ticket." So do with it what you will.
BTW: If you want to call people names, the least you could do is spell the word right.

why u guys keep thinking this dvd is gonna go to the fbi????
I just want to add my own logo on it instead of the retarted fbi warning..
so when they do come.. they cant be like " dont say i didnt warn ya"
like that one movie when the computer hacker got caught by the fbi thinking he was the killer on that one site..
i forgot the movie name.. cant think of it off the top
