what is the best compression format to save space and the quality of the game is still god.

I have read about iso, cso, jso, dax can someone point me in the right direction thanks.

CSO is a good combo, anything compressed higher lags. ISO is the only guaranteed way not to lag, but can be 100 mb larger than a CSO. CSO can lag sometimes, but not as much, and it is much smaller than ISO.
