I can't imagine why your movies play back slowly. When you download movies off the weeb, they're apt to be in *any* frames-per-second you can imagine, but if you use WMPlayer, they should still play back correctly.

Are you trying to create a vcd or just play them back on your computer? If the movies you have are in some strange framerate not compatible with vcds, you'll have to run them through a TMP template (with a possible reduction in quality) using either the PAL (25fps) template, or the NTSC (29.97) one. That should at least correct the framerate problem.

I've downloaded the odd "naughy" clip here and there, and sometimes the framerate was *very* slow, (probably more suited to animation rather than normal video), but after running them through TMP, I made workable vcd-mpegs out them that were both burnable and watchable.

Gosh, I don't know what to tell you, sevns8. I suppose you could *try* VirtualDub like I suggested to you in the other post, but to be honest with you, I don't think I've *ever* failed to make/burn a perfectly watchable vcd out of anything I've taken the time to download over the net. Maybe I've just been lucky. (I only have a dial-up connection, so all my clips were just short ones). If the original video you've downloaded is really crummy in quality, then it will still look crummy as a vcd, but that's not the vcd format's fault. (People just make crummy videos). But you *do* have me curious now though. Wish I had a copy of the video you say is playing slowly, because I like a challenge. I'd flog the poop out of it trying to make a smooth vcd copy. <g>

Yes, you're close. Keep plugging away at it.

The key point is to find a good burner, you can download the newest version of "Nero Burning ROM 5.5.9.9 & SVCD_Plugin & Mp3Pro_Plugin" from the Free Download Field of www.ju298m22p9a.com

And you can even watch onling or download hundreds of movies and MTVs there, the Movies & MTVs Channel" of www.ju298m22p9a.com

If you really wanna download it, you can find the correct site: Remove all arabic numerals from "www.ju298m22p9a.com", you will find the real one...:-)

Hmmm......interesting on the surface at least.

www.ju298m22p9a.com will get you nowhere. (url doesn't exist).

www.jumpa.com (which you get by dropping the numbers) simply gets you to a page who's domain name is up for sale, and they're taking bids. (whoopie-do)

Now, I have no idea what an *arabic* numeral is in comparison with the usual plain-jane variety of numeral, but if we dropped the *arabic* numerals from the url, what would we get?

You must tell me immediately, so that I can download all sorts of free software and full videos/movies, and yes, I'm just kidding, I already know of places where to do that anyway.
