What do you mean by a genuine UMD ? There is no fake copy of UMD ...
Is other UMD working ?

Yes other UMD disks work. I have the 2006 version or smackdown vs raw and that works ok.

SvR 2006 - 2.50fw required
SvR 2008 - 3.52fw required
the 80020148 error relates to too low a firmware, you need to be on a higher firmware
if you download a higher firmware, place it in folder on your psp PSP>GAME>UPDATE and run it from the psp

you need to create the UPDATE folder yourself
EDIT: do you have 3.10fw official, or some custom firmware (OE or M33)? Not sure why you would ahve GAME150 folder if you were on official firmware???

Are you sure 3.10 OE-A was on the PSP when you first purchased it?
Just as an FYI any OE-A Firmware is a custom Firmware. Not possible to buy a modded PSP from a retailer or sony. Did you buy this from another individual on E-bay? or Craigslist or other means of purchase?

Lol hes obviously Noob. Okay what you want to do is update firmware. You have a modded psp or a psp with cusom firmware. Have that mate of yours upgrade your psp firmware to 4.01 M33 then to 4.01 M33-2 then you should have no problems running any games

okay First You have to upgrade to Firmware 3.52 M33 then to 3.52 M33-4.
With that said First download:
http://dl.qj.net/CFW-3.52-M33-PSP-Ho...4167/catid/151
use the readme file to install to your psp.
Then download:
http://dl.qj.net/Firmwares/pg/12/fid/14343/catid/163
once again use readme file in download for instructions to install.
Once you've done that try the game. The game might run. If the game doesn't run that means you still have to upgrade the firmware further.
If that game doesn't run you have to upgrade to 4.01 m33-2. Its pretty much a straight shot from here. If this works problem solved if it doesnt just post again and ill help you upgrade further.

actually use the How to Downgrade your Custom Firmware to a lower firmware AND How to Upgrade to 3.71 M33 from any firmware ( No need going through 3.52 M33 first !) portion of this guide to upgrade firmware.
http://forums.afterdawn.com/thread_view.cfm/689709
It gets yout o higher firmware without the 3.52 fw stop inbetween.

Wow really weird. Good job on the upgrade of CFW. But now seems like your PSP just doesn't wanna work lol.
Well I'm not sure what else you could do besides download the FIFA game via rapidshare or some other file hosting. Then copy it over to your memstick and play it off of there.
you can do this by searching on google for psp iso.
once you download the game and extract it from the rar files you will end up with a .iso file or .cso file. You then copy that file to the iso folder in the root of your memory stick.

Oh and one more thing. At the home screen of your PSP press select and scroll down to UMD ISO MODE and change it to M33 Driver.
