How to convert multiple mkv files to a single dvd?

I just finished reading how to convert mkv to dvd using avi2dvd. I am downloading several mkv files that I would like to burn to a single dvd. Could someone explain what i need to do to accomplish this? Thanks.

Use DVD Flick and add one MKV per DVD title.
