Could someone please help me with the unlock code for my nokia 1600

Nokia 1600 type RH64
IMEI 351898016276125
Network Meteor (Ireland)


I have tried an online calculator but When i input the code I got a message saying not allowed. Here is the code I entered

"Error code" wrong code. STOP tell me.
"Not allowed" or "Can Not Undo Restriction" it's hard locked.
