you need more RAM buddy....
to fix the startup issue:
1)hit start, then run.
2)Type msconfig then hit ok
3)Tick selective start up on the new window'
4)Then click on the startup tab.
5)now check any programs that you want to start when you startup your pc..(i usually uncheck all except virus protections)
6)hit apply then ok
7)reboot your pc...
That should make it boot a lil faster...

now about the virtual memory pop up...dont worry..its no virus or anything its just saying that your pc is working a lil too hard. To fix it you must add memory yourself...you do this by doing the following:
1)right click 'my computer' and click properties
2)On the new window click the advanced tab then click settings in the performance box.
3)on the new window click the advanced tab ,then look for where it says 'virtual memory' then click change.
4)on the new window you can add/remove virtual memory.Tick the custom size bubble then enter the amount for initial and max .
(It will also display how much Virtual memory you have allocated, the recommended amount, and the minimum amout. (i put the recomended)
5)once you are done hit apply, then ok, then reboot your pc...

Are you sure you have totally uninstalled previous versions? Have you used disk cleanup utility or a similar program like ccleaner that can clean your registry too? Clean up your old files and do a disk defrag also.
