Hi all, just found this great board!

I am wondering what software is one of the best, if not the best, for adding subtitles to movies. I am doing mostly VCD's and perhaps in future doing some DVD's?

Preferably the software is something where you can, like, when you look at clip, and you insert the IN and OUR points and type the subtitles for that part and so on...perhaps with sound waveforms so we can see where the sound starts and ends. I think saw this a while back but cannot find it!

Perhaps it a plugin for premiere or standalone whatever!
