Hi,
I have a D2C pro chip in my Wii (PAL system), and when I try and run a downloaded Mario Kart (also PAL), the Wii asks me to update the system - is this safe to do or will it Brick my Wii?

It is safe as long as the game disc is the same region as your Wii system.

So PAL Wii and PAL version of Mario Kart = Safe.

Thanks larrylje for the speedy reply.

The ISO is labeled "[Wii]Mario_Kart[PAL][ESPALWII.com]" I assume this will be ok. Guessing Spanish Wii's are also PAL - would I be correct?
