Need help unlocking NOKIA 6800a

IMEI- 010282000529844
Country- USA
Provider- T-Mobile

I want to use this mobile in india.It is asking for the restriction when tried to use indian SIM card.
Can anyone unlock this for me?

First, with that IMEI it is a 6800b.
Second, it will not work in India.
Wrong frequencys.
It is duel band 850/1900 Mhz and in India they use 900/1800 Mhz.
