Okay, I already made my magic memory stick. I manned up and hard modded my battery (PSP FAT, 1800). When I shoved the memory card in and put in the battery the green light comes on and there is nothing that I can do!(I didn't manually turn on the switch it just turns on when I pop the battery inside) I am trying to downgrade from 4.05. Please help!

I put it back in and left it for several minutes. When I came back the screen was still blank.

try making a new mms from dl.qj.net if it still doesn't work, check your cuts on the battery. What way did you hardmod the battery?

I'm making a new mms now (next post in 1 hour) but I removed the eighth pin on my psp as it said in all of the tutorials.

Try pressing X. Two of the PSP's I hacked wouldn't start the custom firmware process until I did that. First put the memory stick, then put in the battery - then try to press X.

I just maade a NextGen MMS for my Fat 4.05 PSP and absolutely nothing is happening. The light just stays green! Please help me!
