Problem using FCEU Nintendo Emulator on Wii

I have a 3.3 version Wii with the homebrew channel installed. I have a folder path on my SD Card named fceu\roms. I have put my NES Roms in there, all unzipped and they have the extension of NES. Everytime I go to load a rom in FCEU, I get the error message "Error Mounting WiiSD". I have used multiple versions of FCEU for the wii, now trying to use the version that supports wii mote, nunchuck and classic controller, and all have the same error. No other emulator has problems loading roms from my SD card. Anyone know what the problem might be?

Fceu has problems if there are more than about 200-300 roms in the same folder. try to either organize your roms in folders inside the "roms" folder or just limit the number of roms on your SD to less than 300
(i had the same problem on 3.2 because I had over 2000 roms in a single folder)
