ok im a wii novice so no complicateded talk....i bought a wii lan adapter from pega now that ive bought it ive heard that only official wii lan adapters bought out of the wii shop work.is this true or are they trying to stop you from buying other products?if it is true can i still find a way to connect to the internet with my current adapter.at the moment im getting the error code which is the same when i have no adapter in at all

The more information given the easier it will be for someone to help.

You ask if the Wii lan adapter you bought is compatible with the Wii. What is the model# of the Wii Lan adapter?

You say your still getting the same error code as what you where before. Well what is the error code?


Are you using a crossover cable?
