MP4 turns up unsupported

Can somebody help me out?
I usually get my MP4's from
a program that works with my
internet browser right. But
when i downloaded the file
and put it in my PSP it shows
up unsupported. Can somebody help
me?

sorry i cant help you but I have been having a similar problem.

i recently got another Phat PSP (because mine was stolen) and most MP4's wont work and only a few will.

its very odd because many are the same ones that worked fine on my old PSP but always show up as corrupted on the newer one.

both PSP's were running CFW and I am currently running 4.02 M33-2

any ideas?

what you need to do is compare a working file with an unsupported one using gspot
We can probably work it out from there ;)

Doesn't gspot only apply for your computer? I think he (the second guy) means they show up corrupted on his psp, which is the same problem I have. I can't play any of my mp4 files. The only reason I could think of is that my pro duo memory stick doesn't support the files, but mp4's should run on it...so I need help as well. Duo memory sticks support all files though, I think.
