ok got xbox 360 with benq flashed regular games working fine i downloaded a game and burned with clonecd i used verbatium dvd+r dl i have an hp burner burned at 2.4 speed.So i pop this bad boy in and bam! comes right on so i start playing and at same spot everytime screen pops up unreadable disk clean disk or restart console what have i done wrong oh yea one more thing when i put game in said need to update which i did and im not connected to live whats so ever.worked after i did update.
the same thing happens with my gta4 disc, when i examing the disc it as a very small scratch .i burnt 5 discs now and they last arround a week and play fine, then bam unreadble disc,so i have to burn another,only happens with gta4,weird.
if you are using anything other that verbatium dual layer dvds it will cause those errors, that the first thing to check, also if you riped a bad copy, (with a scratch) you are basically burning that scratch into every game you make. and last but not least, if you fix those two problems FIRST try re-flashing your drive. if you still get the same error you drive is probablly going bad.
