Where to go from 3.03OE-C?

I have 3.03 OE-C on my PSP and have not been using it for a while. Where should I go from 3.30 OE-C? Should I go back to 1.50 (is there a guide for this) and then start over with the latest firmware guide (is there a link for this).

Looks like I have to go to 3.52 M33 and then on to 4.01.

I followed the instructions here:
http://forums.maxconsole.net/showthread.php?p=972136

When I copy 353.PBP and 150.PBP to the /PSP/GAME/M33CREATOR folder and then go to the GAMES/MEMORY STICK to execute it I see "Corrupted Data" rather than 3.52 M33UPDATE. Is there something I am missing here?
