I soldered The points on the power switch but now when i half way assembled the PSP to the point where the power switch and the mobo were connected, but when i pop in the battery to test the led's the lights stay solid. When I place the power switch to hold the power led indicators just become brighter. Have I Messed up the power board? DO i need to buy another one?
What? there is obliviously nothing wrong with the power. do your trigger leds come on. if it does why worry about the power button brightness. if its the trigger led thats supposed to get brighter you solder the wrong wire to the wrong point some where.
of coarse the power light getting brighter could just be a power draw issue. Example, leds require power to start mabey its not that the power leds getting brighter mayhaps its dem when you start the psp because of the extra power pull to the trigger led then when the trigger led is energized. the power level normalizes returning the power led to normal brightness.
BTW i love Scatman Johns music, very good to bad tuberculoses took him away.
Well I tried plugging in the home buttons(volume home, select etc.) and the LCD but now what happens is the PSP boots up and keeps restarting. I'm just going to buy a replacement lil power pobo from dealextreme, They're super cheap. I have a feeling im gonna need like 20 of em lol.
