Ok i have flashed my firmware on my 360 with iXtreme 1.4 12x stealth. My question is if i were to connect my 360 to live to lets say just get a roster update with Madden NFL 09 whats the chances i get banned? I'm not talking about playing online i just want to take like 1 minute and download the roster update. Thanks

um you probably wont get banned but it could happen it would just be down the road like a month or so most likely

i wouldnt listen to 'auya' since if you play any burnt games on your console, it is more than likely saved in a log file and once you connect to LIVE to download your roster update it will send that log to MS and show that you have played burnt games, thus meaning you have a flashed 360 and then you run the chance of being banned.

side note---

i wish AD would make a rule stating that if you asked 'if i log into LIVE with a flashed console/played burnt games on LIVE' then you would get banned from AD since this gets asked sooooooooo many times and the answer is always the same.
