Can't read any backup disc / GCOS disc after Wii upgrade

My wiikey is on version 1.2 and accidently I upgrade Wii firmware to 3.2U. Since then I was not able to read any backup disc. I tried to use GCOS disc 1.2/1.3 to boot, but it just doesn't read. I tried Hex version too but no success. any other suggestion?

If the firmware is really causing the problem, you could try downgrading the wii firmware to whatever it was before, then upgrading the wiikey firmware to 1.9s, and then upgrading the wii firmware back to 3.3u.
