Use better quality media, such as Verbatim or Taiyo Yuden...

Those Moser Bauer made Memorex aren't liked by your setup.

Also, why aren't you using Imgburn for burning?

I'll give that a try..It's frustrating because the Memorex DVD's have worked well in the past w/Decrypter..However, this is the first from a new batch I just bought the other day so maybe that's the problem.. Is Imgburn that much better than DVD Decrypter? Might the memorex DVD's work with this program? (so I don't have to spend more $$ on blank DVD's)

Imgburn is the updated burn engine from Decrypter. In Short, YES.

For quality burns, use quality media. Catch it on sale and you're not spending any more.

Also,

Slow down to 6x or 8x max.

Really look into udating your firmware.
Dell Should help you with the Firmware.

Also instead of using 16x disc try using 8x disc
Burn at 1/2 the rated speed of the disc.
Imgburn is the Best of the Best.
If you don't already have DFab decrypter download it and use it to RIP to your hdd

Those are a little better, still not top notch though.

Glad you got it sorted out though.

Just wanted to put my 2 cents in, as the others have already mentioned yes it is. The GUI is much more user friendly and the options are all right there in front of you. Also a big advantage over DVD Decrypter is that you are not limited to burning ISO's, as ImgBurn can take your DVD files and burn them straight to disk. That can save you an extra step on occasion.
