Why is it that when I download a video from the PSN to my HDD the video thumbnail is grey logo?

If I copy the video to a flash drive or one of the cards in my card reader then copy it straight back, the thumbnail changes to a video preview of the video itself.

Is this a glitch?

I believe you have to take a clip of the video while its playing and it will set that clip as your icon
