We need to know what format your video file is in. Is it an ISO, a CSO, a DAX, an Mpeg4 (also known as MP4)? Also, do you use custom firmware on your PSP or do you use official firmware?

I've copied my UMD movies by using UMDGen to convert them into either ISO, or CSO, or DAX format. Then I place that file in my VIDEO file (which is inside the ISO file). But this can only be done if you use custom firmware on your PSP.

If your video file is in MP4/Mpeg4 format then I forget exactly where that would go. It may go in the VIDEO folder either at the root of your MS or inside the PSP folder. Sorry, you should probably wait for someone who knows for sure about the mpeg4 format.

Well I Have PSP OFW 4.05
It Accepts Mpeg Only
