Do they make DL lightscribe? and is it better than putting a label on the game. I put labels on my backups because my handwriting sucks bad...

You should not use labels on discs. even the very small weight of a label can effect the axis of the disc when it spins and cause problems like your discs getting scratched because it spins off center, or pre-mature laser wear.

I have not personally seen any dual layer lightscribe discs.

thank's Steimy.. I found some verbatim's dvd-r dl lightscribe online for like 2 bucks a piece. Do you think I should get them? or should I just say the hell with it and use a sharpie?

personally i would say go with the Sharpie. They are cheaper and Lightscribe takes about 45 minutes per disc on regular settings and more if your able to tweak your drive settings for better quality.

That matched with the fact that they are all just gold. And if you want to do it right you have to rely on sites like CDcovers.com so you can download the actual picture that would be on the disc and lightscribe it on.

They look nice, don't get me wrong. It is just a lot of time invested in a back up disc that your main concern it usually "will it work"
