The last piece of software i need before i flas my 360 is dos bootable on a flash drive i looked at the guides on bootdisk.com and it's confusing me how do you open a dos window? where do i get the rest of the utils to copy the drive where do i copy them? i have vista so maybe i have to do something?

boondock1 if you dont know what dos is or how to get it you are better off not flashing your drive. just to be on the safe side. but since its not my pc i dont care. :) so here goes. if you are using the usb boot method you need to load iprep onto a usb stick and make it bootable. then go to your bios and allow your pc to boot to usb, hopeing you have this. disconnect all drives and put your usb in. and volia. that is the cheap hooker versions of wabashman's most famous numbered method.
